01Where are you based, and which cities do you work in?
Our studio is in Sanganer, Jaipur, Rajasthan. We plan weddings across Jaipur and the rest of Rajasthan — including Udaipur and Jodhpur — and travel for destination weddings anywhere in India, from Goa and Kerala to Rishikesh and Delhi NCR.
02What does a wedding planner actually do?
We take a wedding from first idea to last dance. That means design and decor direction, venue shortlisting and negotiation, vendor selection and management, budget tracking, guest logistics and hospitality, a run-of-show for every function, and full on-day execution so the family can be guests at their own wedding.
03How much does a wedding planner cost in Jaipur?
There is no single rate — planning fees depend on the number of functions, guest count, venue and how much of the production we are handling. We quote per celebration after a consultation, and the quote is itemised so you can see exactly what each line covers. Share your dates, city and guest count and we will give you a realistic range before you commit to anything.
04How far in advance should we book a wedding planner?
Six to twelve months before the wedding is comfortable for a full-service Indian wedding, and nine to twelve months if you want a specific palace or heritage venue in peak season (roughly November to February in Rajasthan). We do take on shorter timelines, but venue and vendor choice narrows quickly inside three months.
05Do you plan destination weddings?
Yes — destination weddings are a large part of what we do. We shortlist venues against your brief, run the site recce, negotiate the contract, handle room blocks and guest movement, and coordinate travel for the vendor team. We work across 180+ Indian cities.
06Which ceremonies do you handle?
All of them: pre-wedding shoots, engagement, Haldi, Mehendi, Sangeet, the wedding ceremony itself and the reception. You can also engage us for a single function — a Sangeet or a reception — rather than the full wedding.
07Can you work with vendors we have already booked?
Yes. If you already have a photographer, caterer or decorator you trust, we brief them, fold them into the run-of-show and manage them alongside our own team. We do not require you to drop existing bookings.
08How big or small a wedding do you take on?
We have designed intimate 50-guest ceremonies and 2,000-guest celebrations. Intimate weddings are not treated as smaller versions of large ones — they get a different design approach, because the detail sits much closer to the guest.
09What happens at the first consultation?
We ask about your dates, city, guest count, the functions you want and the feeling you are after, then talk honestly about what is achievable in that shape. You leave with a clear sense of scope and cost. There is no obligation to book at that stage.
10How do we start?
